Our Roots
We opened in 2022 with the drive to bring healthy nutrition to the families of Chatham County. Knowing that time is such an important part of life we wanted to give quick, easy, healthy options to all ages of the community. Our protein based gourmet shakes, high protein coffees, waffles, donuts, cake bites, and energizing teas are packed with flavor with zero guilt or skimming on the good nutrients you need for your body.

Mega Mondays
Every Monday a Mega Tea is featured When you order that corresponding Mega Tea your get a special treat at the register!

Tuesday & Thursday Delivery
From 12pm-2pm we will deliver to any location within a 10 mile radius. There is a 2 item minimum per location.
Waffle Wednesday
Every Wednesday there is a new High Protein Flavor Waffle that is an amazing healthy treat. 24g of protein, under 250 calories, packed with amazing flavor

Teacher Thursdays
Every Thursday we want to thank our Teachers and Educational Staff for all of the hard work they do every day shaping our upcoming generations. Every Thursday show your staff badge and received a special thank you at the register with every order!
Donut Fridays
Dont your wish every day was Friday?! We love our Fridays and enjoy some of our special treats with our High Protein Donuts. 24g of protein under 250 calories, sugar free icing and you get to choose your own toppings!
